Karma Yoga is the yoga of giving and service.
There are many ways to give and be of service.

Since 1989, Hospice Caring, Inc., has been the only non-medical, volunteer hospice program in Montgomery County, Maryland. Trained and dedicated volunteers provide practical and emotional support to terminally ill adults and children and their families, and to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. All services are free of charge.

Kate has been a volunteer caregiver for over a year. She has found it a very rewarding experience because it helps people to live their lives to the fullest until they die. It is a wonderful way to serve others in need and to give back to the community.
